Podcasts and iTunes
To get your podcasts downloaded automatically to iTunes, do the following.
In iTunes go to Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast
Add the weblogs RSS feed in the box http://www.parlezvous.org.uk/index.xml
It will add Parlez-vous to the main Podcasts window.
Double click the Parlez-vous icon.
In this new window Right Click Parlez-vous and select Update Podcast.
iTunes will upload the latest podcast and give you the opportunity to get older content.
At the bottom of the iTunes window click Settings and change the Check for New Items pulldown from Manual to Every Hour (or other option). That way your audio content is automatically delivered to iTunes.
Then simply attach your iPod or iPhone and sync in the normal way. Make sure that your sync operation includes Podcasts and Video.
